Who is Valley Strong for?
We know what it takes to live a life free of limitations. It takes hard work, effort, and a support system that will hold you accountable when things get tough.
At Valley Strong we empower you to become the best version of yourself through CrossFit, goal-setting, and accountability. We believe in pushing ourselves beyond our limits and achieving our goals, and we want to help you do the same.
The coaches are both professional and well-trained. I would absolutely recommend NCFIT to anyone, from a beginner to seasoned athlete!
WHAT’S MY FIRST CLASS LOOK LIKE?

ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN
Arrive 10 minutes early and check in with the coach. They will show you around and answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts. They’ll let you know what equipment you’ll need to grab for the workout and assign you a workout station.

CLASS BREAKDOWN
[A.] WARM-UP
Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically to prepare your body for that day’s workout.
[B.] Strength
Lift some weights during our strength portion to build and maintain lean muscle and develop your functional strength.
[C.] Conditioning
Sweat it out during a metabolic conditioning workout to help you burn fat and feel great.

High Fives + Debrief!
We have 15 minutes set aside between all class times to give you time to share high fives and talk to your professional coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!

Before Class

We recommend arriving at the gym 10-15 minutes before class for check-in. This will allow time for your coach to get you checked into class and show you around the facility.

The coach will be expecting you, so just show up early, ask for the coach, and they’ll take care of you from there.

We want you to bring your good vibes! We truly believe in making our gyms a space where members can check their stress at the door. In our gyms you’ll find a community built on sweat and support, all are welcome here. All we ask is that you show up, bring a smile, and get in a great workout. It’s that simple.
During Class

Valley Strong Classes are Coach-led group-based functional fitness classes. Every class you will be led through a warm-up, get strong through a strength session, and get sweaty with a conditioning workout.

Absolutely! Our workouts are beginner friendly and designed to allow all athletes to workout at their own pace.
Our Coaches are trained to modify and make adjustments to the workout on the fly to meet you where you are.

Wear athletic clothes that are comfy for you to sweat and move in. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Most athletes wear traditional cross-training shoes suitable for cardio & strength training.
After Class

Yes! We have a shower available that’s free to use for members. Please bring your own towel and toiletries.

Awesome! Give us a call or talk with your coach after the workout about next steps.
Make sure to also take time to stretch and mobilize post-workout to give your muscles a much needed recovery and help reduce soreness.
