SHOULD I ATTEND WEIGHTLIFTING WORKOUTS EVERYDAY?
Listen to your body and take days off when needed, but we program our workouts in a way that enables our members to come consistently. Some days may be heavier weightlifting focusing on certain muscle groups while other days may be lighter weightlifting or bodyweight movements with more cardio mixed in. The goal is to have a workout program where members can come regularly, develop consistency, and look forward to a different fitness challenge each time they attend a class.
